You can also order our products from anywhere in the world via our online store  and we’ll deliver to your doorstep.

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping on DOS Clothing online store is simple, you navigate around the site by clicking the links to the category pages e.g. New in > Dresses > select product. Then, you click on the “add cart” button. The product is then added to your shopping cart. You can add additional products or remove products as you please. Then, you select the “continue to shipping” link where you are taken to a secure page to enter your details. It’s at this stage that you will be required to register an account in order to complete your purchase. Once you completed your purchase you'll receive an automatic confirmation email, containing your order details, which will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. You will also receive an email from our customer service department within 24 hours of you placing your order confirming receipt of your order. Customer Service will send you one final email once your order has been dispatched.

How do I know my size?

Sizes for all items are listed in the product descriptions. Sizing can be a little tricky for different product with different fabric, so please refer to the size guide next to the description on the product page.

Order Issues

I received a damaged item             

Upon delivery, immediately you realise the item is damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team  via email info@Dosclothing.co  with the following information:

  • Request description
  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name
  • A description of the fault

 

Please note: if your item has become faulty outside of our 4-day returns timeframe, you may not be able to request a return of that item anymore. 

I received a wrong item

First, we sincerely apologize if you experience this unusual situation. Upon delivery, immediately you realise the item is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team  via email info@Dosclothing.co  with the following information:

  • The wrong item's picture

 

What I ordered is not my size

You can request for an exchange of the item for a size that fits proper. To do so, contact our customer care team via email info@Dosclothing.co  with the following information:

I placed an order and never received a confirmation email

If you do not receive a confirmation email after your order, PLEASE DO NOT FRET. This is possibly as a result of a glitch from our server which would be resolved immediately you reach out to Us via any of our available channels.

Missing item

Here at the DOS Clothing Company, we are meticulous about our order processing operations and ensure all customers receive their orders in good and complete conditions. In rare occurrences of a missing item from your order, contact our customer care team via email info@Dosclothing.co  with the following information:

Where is my order?

Based on current processing times, please allow up to 6 - 24 business hours for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking information and a link as soon as your order ships from our store.

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery period varies for different regions around the world:

Within Lagos: 12-48 hours

Within Nigeria: 72 hours

Worldwide: 10-15 Business days

What happens if my order does not arrive?

Can I track my order?

Yes, an email with tracking information and a link will be sent to your mail as soon as your order ships from our store.

Can I change my delivery address after order is made?

No, your order details which include address and contact information cannot be altered upon completion of order. You will an email to notify you that your order is complete.

Nevertheless, you can contact Us  for more information about the status of your order.

International shipping

DOS Clothing Company products can be delivered to any location in the world, as we ensure that we bridge the distance factor by promptly delivering to our customers worldwide within 10- 15 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, items can be exchanged. Please refer to our Returns Policy to see terms of exchange.

How do I return/exchange an item?

It is important that you are 100% happy with your purchase from DOS.  If a reason arises and you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can simply return them within a period of 4 days for full store credit refund or exchange for a product of the same value. Please send us an email to info@dosclothing.co and wait for feedback (within 24 working hours) before you return your item.

 

What happens if my order does not arrive?

All confirmed orders are shipped within a period of 12- 48hours, if you do not receive the tracking information for your order within a period of 12-48 hours (deliveries within Nigeria) or 48-72 hours (International deliveries), please contact us: info@dosclothing.co  with the following details:

Technical Issues

Am I required to set up an account before I place an order?

Yes, in order to purchase products from our online store you need to register at checkout before you're taken to our secure payment page. Registration is simple and will take you less than 60 seconds. Don't worry, we won't disclose your email address to any third parties, neither will we bombard your email account with irrelevant marketing promotions.

How do I create an account?

It is simple, creating an account on our website takes less than 2 minutes. Fill in your personal details on our account register page and click on the ‘Create’ button. You would then receive a verification mail to confirm registered email account. Click Here to begin the process.

How can I make changes to the details on my account?

You can change your account details such as account name, password, contact number, shipping address etc. by clicking on the human icon next to your shopping bag at the top right corner of the website. Then click on ‘Account’ option which appears on the drop menu, you are then redirected to you account details page where you can make changes to your account information. After all the changes are made, you then click save.

Why am I having trouble signing into my account?

There are a number of factors that could make this happen, here’s a list:

  • Entering a wrong email address
  • Check your internet connection

Payment, Discounts & Gift cards

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, MTN MoMo, and Bank Transfer payments.

Can I choose the currency that I pay in?

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Naira and this is the default currency displayed on the website. Should in case you need to change the currency to a more relatable option, click the burger menu at the top left corner of your mobile device (at the top right on desktop) and then click the ‘NGN’ drop menu at the top to select suitable currency option e.g. CAD, USD, GBP, EUR.

How do I get a Gift card?

It is easy, at the footer of the website, click on the gift card action button which redirects you to the order page. There are different gift card packages you can select from, make your selection and click the ‘add to cart’ or ‘buy it now’ button to proceed to checkout.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, some of our products carry discounted prices. We also run discount campaigns that last for a duration of time.

How can I be sure my personal and payment details are secure?

The DOS Clothing Online store is highly fortified for payment data security as we have built this seamless shopping platform on Shopify. Shopify has a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)  level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.
